BUYBACK AND RETURN POLICY
The company’s buy-back and return policy include buy-back of goods once supplied, within 15 days of the despatch of the goods, and subject to the following condition:
- Replacement, In the case the goods are damaged in transit.
- A full refund, In the case the participant cancels participation in the scheme.
- A full refund, if the goods are found to be sub-standard.
- Refund of the amount minus packing and the forwarding charges, If the goods are not
required by the participant.
